As a seasoned executive at the C-Suite level, Paul boasts a proven history of adeptly managing risk and catalyzing growth. Throughout his career, he has structured more than $750 million in equity and orchestrated deals amounting to over $1.5 billion in debt. Paul commenced his journey with Anthem United and its predecessor, United Communities, a real estate development entity concentrating on residential properties in Alberta and California, back in 1992. From 1997 to 2018, he held the role of CFO, playing a pivotal part in shepherding the company through an initial public offering, subsequent privatization, and the ensuing significant expansion. In 2015, he actively participated in the company's sale and stayed on board for the subsequent four years to facilitate a smooth transition.
